01 / Check
Keep the part number intact
Use the manufacturer part number exactly as it appears on the requirement or existing module. It is more precise than a generic description such as “32GB server RAM” and gives the listing review a stable reference point.
TrustDIMM product pages display the P/N when it is published with the listing, together with the imported specifications available for that component.
Verification flow
Keep the exact part number connected to the required fields.
01
Part number
Copy it exactly from the requirement or existing module.
02
Specification fields
Compare generation, type, capacity, speed, rank, voltage, ECC, and form factor.
03
Platform rule
Confirm the candidate against the target platform documentation.
02 / Check
Compare the module fields
For server memory, compare the manufacturer, capacity, memory generation, DIMM type, speed, rank, voltage, ECC, and form factor. A match should be assessed against the platform requirement, not inferred from a title or photograph.
RDIMM, LRDIMM, and UDIMM are listed separately because module type is part of the compatibility review. If any required field is unknown, use the platform documentation or request a sourcing review before ordering.
03 / Check
Use listing context before requesting
Condition / Grade information is shown at the listing level when provided. Read it with the specifications and availability information currently displayed on the product page.
When an exact P/N is not present, submit it with the required quantity and relevant platform context. A sourcing request is an availability review, not a stock reservation, quote, or compatibility guarantee.
